The Temps On Tap App is free to download and use for all dental professionals.

As each dental office creates an account, they will be asked to provide their clinic details for their profile. Temps On Tap admin will assess their completed profile and check with the provincial College to confirm active registration. Client contacts identities are confirmed by adding their occupation at the clinic on their profile.

Dental Professionals have the opportunity to choose their own hourly rate. Dental offices also have a section in the job posting to add hourly rate expectation. This can be discussed and agreed upon via the chat in the app once a worker has been selected for the shift or it can be added to their Temps On Tap profile in the bio section.

Dental professionals and offices are able to discuss payment options and preferences directly via chat in the app. Timesheets can be completed in the app by the worker and confirmed by the office to ensure the correct hours worked are easily accessible for both users.

Workers will automatically be available to view and apply for other jobs. If it is a short notice cancellation within 24 hours' notice, and workers are unable to find additional shifts, they are eligible to receive some compensation for lost wages. If a minimum of 3 hours of work is available and the worker declines, no compensation is provided.

Dental professionals must ensure their schedule is open prior to applying for available shifts. Short notice cancellations, within 48 hours' notice, will render your account under a probationary period, where you are still able to apply for jobs. Repeat short notice cancellations will not be tolerated and will result in your Temps On Tap account being removed from the app.

Ratings will show up on all profile types after 3-4 completed shifts and can be anonymous. Temps On Tap strives to ensure there are high quality, reliable dental professionals using the app. Any users with a rating lower than 3 stars will be removed from the platform.

If you have found your ideal office, Temps On Tap must be notified. Please email info@tempsontap.com with the office name, your name, whether it is part-time or full-time, and start date.
